<p data-start="422" data-end="860">The procedure begins with the closing of the accounts for the financial year, followed by the preparation of the documents that make up the accounts: the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the statement of changes in equity, the cash flow statement (if applicable) and the notes to the financial statements. They are then submitted for approval at the general meeting of shareholders and, finally, deposited with the Commercial Registry before 30 July 2026. </p>
